Contact Form not Working with Domain Email

Hello!

I have a domain email blank@pratcherdesign.com and the email works from any email service provider. However my issue is that when completing the contact form on my website, I do not receive email notifications if my email is set to receive notifications at blank@pratcherdesign.com. The contact form does work when set to blank@yahoo.com or blank@gmail.com. Can you tell me why this is and what is the solution?

Hello,

Did you check emails in Spam folder of your email account?
Also ask your hosting provider to check mail logs as there should be some notices why emails can’t be sent.
