We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, it is not possible to embed a shortcode directly within the header widget. As per our previous guidelines, only URLs can be inserted in that particular section. You can reference the instructions provided here: https://ibb.co/dD8vTmf

To include a contact form on your website, you may add it to any page and then link the URL of that page in the header widget.

Alternatively, if you wish to have the contact form appear in a popup upon clicking the widget in the header, you will need to create a static block. Within this block, you can set up the contact form inside a modal popup. Once created, this static block can be utilized within the header builder. We added the code into Theme Options > Theme custom CSS > Global, and set Title Lines Number – 2 (Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products design).
