Contact form would like to change to a different language

Hello,

For my contact form, i would like to change to fill in part to text to chinese.

Should you wish to proceed with this, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to WP-Dashboard.
2. Select ‘Contact’.
3. Locate and edit the specific form you wish to modify.
