Contact Page – Not sending email - by adamPyburn

hi,
i’m using the contact page template for two sites, and neither are working properly.
http://www.jasminbistro.com/contact/
http://www.cateringbyjasmin.com/contact/
i’ve added my email address in the theme options, and the contact page gives me an “email sent” message when i press the “send email” button, but i never receive an email.
thoughts?

since i didn’t hear back, i’ve temporarily switched out the contact page template for a similar page using contact form 7, which does work.

i would, however, prefer to use your theme’s contact page template, so if you could please look into this i’d appreciate it.

Same issue on my site.. Both the contact page and bottom contact us popup do not work! The emails are not being received please help.

The red bar contact us at the bottom that pops up also doesn’t work at all thats what I’m saying also every time it says something went wrong in a red box that pops up

If you mean the chat console, then try to change your email.
Navigate to Users->Your Profile->Contact Info and change email.

I mean that the contact us page email does not work neither does the bottom red contact us bar.. who else do i need to get ahold of to get help with my issues because you clearly are not understanding or are not willing to help? The emails do not work i have not been receiving anything for days and all your saying is do you have the email filled in.. There is a functionality problem with my site and assuming it is via the theme. No emails are being received from senders. Once again I don’t mean chat i mean no emails that are “sent” from any contact page from the site are being received

Yes before you ask the email i am trying to use is a valid working email.. Used everyday

Hello @sunkenbooty, @adamPyburn,

Have you checked Spam folder of your email accounts. Very likely emails could be sent to this folder.
If they aren’t there, then @sunkenbooty please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in Private Content.

nope not in spam folder for me either. but i did just change up my MX records on my domain/hosting account, so we’ll see if that fixes anything. i’ll let y’all know either way.

I setting email already. But stop process -> sending…

And the checkout page last process is pop up wait. Order is can recript on my woocommerce. But checkout page process pop up can not stop.
