Hello,

Go to Dashboard -> Live Chat -> Options -> Appearance

I did but it didn’t changed
My pop-up is contact us and not the chat
maybe it in different place?

You need to update Live Chat plugin via FTP https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ then go to Dashboard -> Live Chat -> Options -> Popups.

You’re using very old version http://prntscr.com/dlactx. You need update it to 2.2.6 version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/
