Hello,
in the website i designed, I kept the red “contact us” pop-up that appears on each page.
I just don’t understand how i can lead each message there to a specific e-mail.

For the moment when i try to send a message it writes:
“something went wrong, try again”

I would love if you could tell me where I can work with this popup in the dashboard.

Go to Dashboard > Live Chat > Options

hello,
i don’t see and “live chat” but I do see a “chat console”.
When I add my mail there it still isn’t working.

Maybe it isn’t the chat console but I can’t find the “live chat”?
or maybe it is the “chat console” but I didn’t get where to write my mail?

my mail is: ornerdaphne@gmail.com

I wrote down my login infos, maybe you could take a look?

Hello,

The error means, your email settings are not set correctly. Try to use SMTP instead of php mail() (so you should use a plugin like WP SMTP Mail).
Also update all required plugins to the latest versions. Download them here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
