Contact Us – remove map and center or enlarge form

My client is a manufacturer. Their address can be published, however, they do no have a showroom and therefore would not want people just showing up at their facility. I need to remove the map from the contact page. Also on the template, the form is small and oriented on the left side of the screen. Is there a way that the form can become larger so that the screen looks better – balanced design-wise? Thank you.

Hello,

I’ve added the following shortcode to the “Contact us” page to remove google map: [etheme_contacts gmap="0"]
Unfortunately there is no option to make contact form bigger.
