Contact us with Elementor dont load completly

I have installed theme with demo data, and when edit contact us with google map I can not edit google map block, is always loading, attached image
I dont know how to open in safe mode

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

I had open other ticket beacuse I have seen a server error, here attached the log again , so you can ignore the other ticket

Hi, I have update all plugin and deactivated other plugin, except pluing including with xstores like mailchimp, and has same problem
