Contacts not linking - by sonso - on WordPress WooCommerce support

On my site, https://sunhyec1.sg-host.com/, I want to link some hyperlinks on my contacts. On the right top corner, you will see the text “Click for Open Chat of Kakao Talk.” I have tried using customize to add the link, but when I publish the changes, it does not work. I would like https://open.kakao.com/o/sAO9dL1c this link to be added. Thanks so much!
