Hello,

New theme version 3.0.2 is available on ThemeForest. This version is compatible with WC 3.0.4.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.

It says WordPress 4.7.4 is available. Is that compatoble with your theme as well?

In addition to my question above, I have realzied that the size of display changed after uodated. The size on PC is gettting smaller and the mobile size doesn’t reflect at all (it looks like a desktop size on the mobile phone.)

Yes, please update WordPress to 4.7.4v http://prntscr.com/f1rpmh
Also, you need update WPBakery Visual Composer https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/

Go to Theme Options -> Responsive -> Enable Responsive Design.

I’m tryikng to customize emails and looked for email templates on my FTP, but there are no templete folder in woocommerce folder so i can’t customize at all. Please see this http://prntscr.com/f9etun

Hello, @Rin

PLease clarify what kind of email you would like to customize. The email which can be seen by user after registering on woocommerce shop can be edited from woocommerce settings->email->proper email. The template fiels can be seen for each type of email from admin panel. Please see the http://prntscr.com/f9n6t9

“Sale” icon can be disabled in Theme Options > Shop.

Hi support team,

Sorry this question does not relate to the previous question. (I coundn’t find the new form for my questions) But there are black underlines at the bottom of each pictures. It was not there before but somehow after the backup, they have showd up to all pictures. Can you see why and let me know how to fix it.
