    Hello Kani,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ We recommend updating the theme and the Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

2/ Register theme using your purchase code – https://prnt.sc/qIZ4FIXAV8WM

3/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    Let us know the results.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello.
    Thank you for your reply.

These tests seem to be a little too aggressive to implement directly in a production/live environment while clients are performing purchases. Could I use the license in a staging environment and later transfer it to the real/live environment? I mean, for making these tests, I don’t see the need to buy another license… just wanting your confirmation before proceeding.

    Thank you/Regards

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, you may use your license in a staging environment for testing purposes. Once you have completed your tests and are ready to move to the live/production environment, you can transfer the license without the need to purchase an additional one. We understand the importance of ensuring everything works smoothly before going live, and we fully support this approach.
