Hello,

I was unable to reply to the last message sent on the subject #404819.
You asked me FTP Access, here they are.

(I am a little lost because I don’t know anymore if my theme is Legenda – Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme or now XStore | Multipurpose WooCommerce Theme ? Maybe the problem maybe the problem with wordpress is related to this)

As a reminder, here is my message sent in July :

Wordpress has send me this message :

“It appears that the plugin Legenda Core was causing critical errors due to incompatibilities with PHP 8.1. To restore access to your site, I have temporarily disabled the plugin.
Kindly contact the developers of your theme to request a version of the plugin that is compatible with PHP 8.1. ”

I tried to installed the new version of plugin Legenda Core (last updated 24 June 2024) but when I try to charge the new plugin, there is an error message “loading problem json_syntax”

What should I do ? Have I lost all my data ?

Wordpress sent me this for your understanding of problem incompatibility between their updated security (PHP 8.1.) on my website :
