    Hi,

When trying to copy Elementor code (using the well-known black circle “Copy) doesn’t seem to work. When pasting it in the Elementor editor, the popup message: “Live Paste feature is not allowed right now, because you didn’t copy any section before. You can find nice-looking sections here: https://xstore.8theme.com/widgets/” appears.

Can you please have a look, perhaps try some example yourself? It can be any test page you create (i.e. xstore sample page). If you somehow manage to do it, I’ll eat my hat.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, @Bas Kling,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We understand that you are experiencing an issue with the “Live Paste” feature.

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing a technical issue with the live copy feature on our server. We are diligently working to resolve this matter within the next month. Alternatively, should we be unable to rectify the issue in a timely manner, we may consider discontinuing the feature altogether.

In the interim, we kindly request that you download the necessary files for certain elements from the following link: https://we.tl/t-FqNA8f9LeT –Upon successful download, please proceed to edit a page using the Elementor tool and import the templates to your website as per the instructions available at https://elementor.com/help/template-library/.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and sincerely hope for your understanding as we work to improve our services.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hi Tony,

I’ve downloaded the templates. Seems to be a bunch of json files.
Since this is a temporary solution (as stated by your “interim” remark), how do you suggest we purge the website of these files once they become deprecated?

    Regards,
    Bas
