Core plugin does not get activated - by Akmal

Hello,

I have updated the theme and xsote core plugin via ftp, now xstore core plugin is not shown in my installed plugins and on theme dashboard its showing a message saying activate the plugin, clicking the activate button does nothing just change the text to Failed. Due to these issues and conflicts of updates frontend site is broken. All of the shortcodes are shown just like text I am using 6.2.3 of xstore theme and XStore Core plugin version is 1.5.3.
We have just purchased the new theme, its installed only on our demo site. Please look into it and help me resolve the issue I will be thankful from the core of my heart.

Hello,

XStore core plugin version is 1.5.4 on your site but XStore theme is 6.2.3 that is not enough, update theme to version 6.2.4 http://prntscr.com/q9d8q9
