Costumer not getting the lost password email, It shows 10 minutes, i tried it myself but wasnt able to get it either

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme. Try to reset the password when the Storefront theme is enabled. Let me know about the results. Do you get the email when the Storefront is enabled?
