    Sorry for the inconvenience but in order to solve your issue Simply go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Menus >> Secondary menu >> edit/open particular menu option >> and choose/select Static Block as you want and Save Settings. Then please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
