Couldn’t translate “subtotal” and “my account” at the sliding right panel

    Unfortunately, this way I was only able to translate “my account”. The “Subtotal” has not translated.

    I also discovered that I can’t translate the text of the “place order” button when placing an order.

    Hello, Anastasiia,

    We appreciate your prompt response, but we can’t connect FTP:

    Error:        	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error:        	Could not connect to server

    Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
    Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

    I’m trying to solve this problem with hosting support.

    Can I ask one more question about translation in this thread? I discovered that my registration page has not been translated, and besides, it looks a little strange, as if there was an indentation error.
    1) how can I translate all the texts on this page? I only found the word “Register” in loco translate in the translation of the XStore Core plugin, but it did not change this page.
    2) Is everything okay with the appearance of this form? as if the right column is touching the footer.

    Hosting asks what IP addresses are you connecting from?
    And asks to provide MTR program logs after sending 300 packets to server 37.140.192.111 at the time of unavailability

    Kindly proceed to download the .pot file using the following link: https://we.tl/t-iR1Lf0TCar. Once downloaded, please re-upload the xstore.pot file to the xstore/languages directory using your FTP client.

    Afterward, navigate to ‘Loco Translate’ within your WordPress dashboard, select ‘Themes’, choose ‘XStore’, and click on ‘Edit Translation’. There, you will find the ‘Sync’ button; please click on it to synchronize the translations.

    I did everything exactly as you said, but the subtotal inscription was not translated. I repeated it twice, cleared the browser and website cache, but it didn’t work.

    I don’t know if this matters, but every time I click on the Sync button these warnings appear.

    Should you find that all other strings have been successfully translated, we suggest implementing the following code as a temporary solution: please navigate to Theme Options and insert the code into the ‘Theme Custom CSS’ section:
