    Hello,

On the single page product builder.
There is a section called countdown.

I activated it but It does not show up on the product itself.

How can we make it appear?

    Thanks!

    Hello PR,

To display a countdown timer on the product page, please edit the product settings to include the sale price, sale price dates, sale price start time, and sale price end time. Then, navigate to 8Theme Product Options > General > Sale Countdown and select either Single/List/Grid. For a better reference, please see the images provided at the following links: https://postimg.cc/fkhqHDBt and https://postimg.cc/xkDL0TkL.

    Hello Tony,

    Thanks!

How can we make it such a way that it stays on forever?
Maybe once someone visits the website it says 24 Hours etc?

    Hello PR,

We regret to inform you that the functionality of the Countdown feature does not depend on the daily or site visit time. This is the default functionality and it works on the normal time that has been set as the date.

    Hello Tony,

Is there anyway to set this for all products from one section?
Or would we have to do it for each and all products?

    Thanks

    Hello PR,

You have to set it for each and for all the products separately.

    Hello Tony,

Thanks! Do we have to set a date as well?
    Or is a time sufficient?

I would like to set the products on 24 hour timers, but doing by date would mean we would have to do that daily etc. which would be impossible

    Thanks for your advice

    Hello PR,

Yes, you can set the time as well. I have provided you with a screenshot above, which can be found at the following link: https://postimg.cc/fkhqHDBt. These are the only possible options for it.

    Hello Tony,

Thanks – so its not possible to have the 24 hours daily by itself?
We would have to edit the date daily as well for it to work?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Yes, the dates should be set manually.
