    Hello,

We’ve checked the pages and settings of Countdown element and everything is fine. This element works fine on our demo site. If you enable Twenty Fifteen theme you’ll see the same issue there too. So the problem isn’t caused by our theme. We suggest you to ask plugin authors in comments http://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-addons-for-visual-composer/6892199/comments regarding this problem.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Well it’s your theme that install the plugin and rely on it, so if the plugin don work it’s on your hand too.

If you care at all of your customer, you can report the problem yourself and take care of it, this is just passing the buck and pathetic.

This is the response of the author plugin :

Generally, the theme author buys an Extended license of the plugin which allows them to bundle it with their theme. In such cases, the theme author is responsible for providing you the support, updates or other resources. Moreover, the purchase code of the theme, doesn’t work for other bundled plugins as they are totally independent products and independent authors.

If you need to keep up with latest updates and get support directly from the original authors of the plugin, you will need to buy the respective plugin and get your own license.

SO NOW FIX IT OR I ASK A REFUND AND WRITE A COMPLAIN AT ENVATO.

    Hello,

Please ask your host to increase values for the functions upload_max_filesize and post_max_size. After that clear browser cache and check the counter.

    Thank you.

upload_max_filesize and post_max_size are already really high.
But you dont share any reference value to set.

Can you be more specific and i will do it myself.

    Regards.

Here an example of what i already have :

    Edit:

And seriously i dont see how a single “coming soon” page can go higher than the 8M default…

i up the values with no results.

    Regards.

    Hi, i set 32M both.

Nothing change, can you try to search for the real issue now ? Because this is silly, really silly.

First you blame plugin dev, second you blame the hosting company…

Please try to atleast log into my panel, or even look at my website. In witch world a post need to get 32M to display a countdown ?

Also my menu is still not working too.

    Hello,

We are very sorry if someone from our support team didn’t help you concerning the problem with our theme.
We’ll definitely discuss and control this question!

According as to our company politics so to other developers on ThemeForest we don’t provide extending support or bugs fixes for 3rd-party plugins, even if they’re included in our theme. We can help you with different questions if a problem appears only with our theme. But if a problem persists with default WordPress theme and you need the plugin support you should buy a license and contact to their support team. Also we can contact the plugin support and ask about your problem, but in this case you have to understand that solution may take more time rather than you’d contact them directly!

What about your current problem: the reason was you disabled Optimized CSS, Optimized JS options in the plugin settings (Ultimate > Scripts & Styles). As you can see it isn’t related to our theme directly. Thank you for understanding.

We hope you won’t experience such difficulties using our product in future!

    Regards,
    Olga Barlow
