Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
Do you mean this – https://gyazo.com/affbe04de101a884fe376200e79ef568 ? These drop-downs are just simple menus (Appearance > menus), just demo content.
If you want to create the multilanguage site you need to use an additional plugin https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/
Then you can edit the header and edit widget areas you want to show there.
You may try https://wordpress.org/plugins/currency-switcher-woocommerce/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/
