Coupon with Dynamic Pricing e Discount - by Alessandro Bernardi

I created a coupon with a discount code for products excluded from discounts (on woocomerce), by entering the code the discount applies to discounted products. I tried to reinstall on dev environment but the problem persists.

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme. Check the discount code when the Storefront theme is activated. Do you have the same issue?

Hello,

You need to install this theme in addition, enable the theme and test. If you face the same issue even with the Storefront theme it means that issue is not related to XStore and you need to contact WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ to find out why the WooCommerce default settings do not work for you.

Hi Olga
the developer of the discount module replied. It tells me that it does not communicate with the native discount codes of woocommerce but it is possible to set the discount condition in the “activate provided that there is no specific discount code” module. Simply if a customer enters the discount code, the discounts on the product will be canceled. I hope you need it for other customers 🙂 just close the post THANK YOU
