Hello,
Available coupons should display on the checkout page, just after where you can add on manually, but are not listed. They show on storefront theme.
There is some left over markup (NB there are acutally many coupons there to be used).
Many tahnks,

Hello,
We don’t have such structure on our demo http://prntscr.com/de3n2t Do you use any third-party plugins to add that list?

All is well. This is not your problem. I was looking at dev and production sites at the same time to test. But the dev site with storefront had a working coupon and the coupon on the production site was not showing for some unknown reason. It would show in the production “My Account” list of coupons but be usable… I noticed this when adding a new coupon on the production just now.
Clearly NOT a theme issue!
Hello,
Ok. I’m glad that we made the situation clear.
