Already done that but it keeps the same. I had to enable “under attack mode” on cloudflare because the I was unable to even enter on wp admin and was giving me all sort of errors. The CPU and physical memory are always on the max. Is it possible to be a DDoS attack?
Dear Mr. Baldaia,
We hope this message finds you well. We have observed a significant increase in traffic to your website on August 6, 2024, as indicated in the screenshot provided: https://prnt.sc/oGd6efdYGrOt.
Given the nature of this traffic surge, there is a possibility that your site may have been subjected to a DDoS attack. We noticed that you have activated the CloudFlare firewall in response. Could you please confirm if the CPU usage on your server has stabilized following this action?
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your confirmation.

Yes, after i activated Cloudflare Under Attack mode the server stabilized. I contacted my hosting company, and they say it´s not a DDoS attack but something related to WordPress, theme or plugin update that is causing this issue. I remember the week before the WordPress was updated and it was since then that this problem started to appear. Can you please check any incompatibility?
Hello, elmo Baldaia,
We would like to bring to your attention that the recent issues you are experiencing may be due to the auto-update feature enabled for your plugins. Currently, automatic updates are activated for 22 plugins on your site. You can verify and manage this setting on your plugin page, where you might also notice the frequency of these updates.
Additionally, if you are utilizing caching or CDN services, please be aware that following plugin updates, these are automatically rewritten, which can also contribute to increased server load.
Should you require any further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I installed Query Monitor to see what is slowing down and there are a lot of slow queries happening. Also my host provider showed me several sleep requests on the data base that impact on performance. I really don´t know what else to do. Since the day 6, when the WordPress was updated my website is like this
Hello, Telmo Baldaia,
We hope this message finds you well. As observed in the screenshots provided, the slow queries you are experiencing do not pertain to the XStore theme. We kindly request that you disable any third-party plugins and verify the results once more.
