We are facing server issues when we use the Xstore theme and the plugins required for this theme. We have and ecommerce store with 1000 daily visitors. But still our website CPU with 2 core is 90%. Can you please check our website and suggest how bring to down CPU usage.

We deleted all unnecessary menus as suggested in the link above. But still CPU is 70% to 80%. We have deactivated wp Rocket Plugin because when we activate wp rocket then CPU reaches 99%.

We also recommend that you check the load without using third-party plugins.
As for the WP Rocket Plugin, a large load occurs during the caching process, after which the load will decrease.

We had to remove Wp cache plugin and install LiteSpeed Cache plugin. This plugin worked well till the recent updates. After the recent updates we are again facing Max CPU issue.

After updating themes or plugins, the cache is cleared, and the new version is recorded. This may lead to temporary overload, after which the problem should disappear once the cache is rewritten.
Please check this, and if the problem persists, please provide us with FTP access.

In order to make them effective, please re-upload the theme and plugin from the sources provided by us, or provide us with FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption). We have disabled WPBakery Page Builder Plugin. But still we can see same errors.

Currently, we can see a large number of scripts and styles being connected by external plugins. Please try to disable some of them, and also ask your server provider to provide you with a log of the process load. Then it will be possible to identify which process is causing the server to overload.

Hi,
We had optimized the database and the website was working fine with CPU under control. But now we are facing new issue.
When ever we make some changes in the product pages and update it, then that product page cannot use its attributes for its variations.
Can you please check and help us sort this problem.
Currently affect products links are as follow
On above products variations are not visible on front end and on backend we cannot select “Used for variations” option in Attributes section.

It is not working. Can you please clear the cache and check again. Or login to backend and update the product and try activating Used for Variation options.
We even disabled all the plugins and checked, but the issue still persist.

We have noticed that the problem persist only when we try to make the changes through our own browser. When we changed the browser and updated the product page, it worked out just fine.
