    Hi,

    I disabled the box “”When creating an account, automatically generate an account username for the customer based on their name, surname or email” and
    “When creating an account, automatically generate an account password”.

    But it still tells me to get my password from email.

    May I ask how to allow users to set the password by themselves at the beginning?

    Hello,

    Make a double check of those options. If you don’t have username and pass fields during registration it means that options were not disabled. Also, don’t forget to clear cache if you use cache plugin or CDN. If you still have a problem with this provide us with WP Dashboard access to check.
