    Hello @PR,

We suggest that you configure your registration settings in WooCommerce -> Settings as shown in the screenshot provided (https://gyazo.com/d9d2a2e4014b71edbe0e45c00677b5bc).

After doing so, please check your site to see if the Create an Account button/section appears on the checkout page.

    We hope this helps.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, @PR,

We suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore in order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem. Please let us know the result of this test.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly. Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Please share the working WP Admin Logins details under the private content area of the topic, so that we can further investigate your issue on your site.

We look forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards,
    8Themes Team.
