    Hi,

The theme doesn’t allow create .mo files with wpml plugin. I check with my host all permissions of the folders and files.

This problem ocurrs since the last major update of the template, but I think that’s problem of the plugin.

I wanna try to make a new webpage, but, some questions:

    1. Can you verify my problem?
    2. If I wanna make a new webpage, another domain name, must i buy the template again? (not’s a problem!)
    3. Now, I have a web with WPML plugin. I wanna try to create the same webpage without this plugin, only in spanish language. How can I copy the content (with the same template, I will buy another license)?

    Thanks!

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

    1) Contact WPML support if you faced issues with the auto-generation of the mo files. Maybe it’s related to the timeout limit at your server http://prntscr.com/rzpsw3 but I’m not sure. I did not face any issues with scanning of theme or plugin http://prntscr.com/rzptux So, don’t think that our theme or plugin is the reason of the problem

    2) If you plan to build the new project then you need to buy separate license for this new project. 1 license allowed for the 1 project according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
Also, if you plan to build the new project I would recommend you to take a look at our XStore theme https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546 It also supports WPML and has a number of cool features like header builder, single product builder, supports Elementor page builder and includes a number of elements for it etc.
    Really recommend!
    3) You can make a full copy of the existing site using Duplicator plugin. After moving the site just disable WPML and remove unnecessary posts, products, pages, media. Deactivate license and activate the new one to be able to update theme etc in future.

    Regards
