Creating an online store for selling tires

Hello,

Our client is interested in creating an online store for selling tires.
They are looking for a theme similar to: https://www.anvelostar.ro.

We would like to know if the Xstore theme can be used to create a similar shop. In particular, we are interested in the following:

1) Homepage filtering
What responsive filtering module can be integrated to create a filter similar to:

2) Shop and product category page header filtering
What responsive filtering module can be integrated to create a filter similar to:
