Creating content similar to the promoted pages (Cars,Watches etc.)

I was told to contact you through this forum. I am trying to make my website have the same structure as for example CARS as you promote it. How can I do that?

If you want to make changes to the home page you need edit it in Pages > Restaurant page.

Hi Eva,

I have tried the video and was successful with it I created two buttons and added a social media widget in the footer. I also tried to delete the footers 1 and 2 but it did not work out. Even after deleting the footer still appeared. I just checked the documentation and it shows pretty much the information from the video.

Is there an instruction how to make the footer the same as the one from the 8theme website.? If I have it set up I can customize it from there.

If you’ll follow our documentation, you can fully recover the same block footer like in the Legenda theme.
Also tell us, what you can’t add to the footer?

As I said previously I tried. I also just tried again to do it myself but it does not work there is no widget for newsletter subscriptiion for example.

How do I do that?

To create newsletters you need install this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/

Could you please show a screenshot how you want your footer to be looked like?
Also please provide us with the correct wp-admin panel credentials and we’ll assist you.

Hello,

I’ve created footer for you via static blocks which is called “Footer Bottom 2”. I’ve added it to the “Footer 2” widget area in Appearance > Widgets. Please check.
As you can see the last widget Twitter isn’t shown because you need insert your info there. It’s described in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/index.html#!/widgets > Twitter Feed widget.
The twitter widget is placed in “Twitter” widget area in Appearance > Widgets.

Hi Eva,

I do not think you understood me i was trying to make the footer as the one the 8THEME website. Like the one on the bottom of this page. I was halfway there an now you almost brought it back to the ORIGINAL LEGENDA footer.

Hi Eva,

May be it is easier if I ask specific questions.

The footer at the bottom is called “Copyright Footer” and I am trying to make it a straight line like you have in your page. How can I do that?

The e-mail Newsletter Subscription has a big white box around it which I do not know how it got there. How do I remove it an make it clear like the one you have on the 8theme website?

Please let me know if this is too much and I would have to pay to get some of these things done. I don not mind by I need to finish this websites because it is taking me too long.

You don’t make the footer as in our documentation.

Hello Robert,

Thank you for the previous help.

I have another issue which is appearing on all the pages. There seems to be a RETURN TO PREVIOUS PAGE button which is showing in all the PRODUCTS as well as SERVICES. I checked in each individual page but there is not way to delete it. My guess is you have somewhere in the CMS to remove this function?

Hello Robert,

My products are not aligned when displayed this happens inside the product category and on the front page. I have set static dimension for the catalog,thumbnails and single product image as well as have ticket the box “hard crop” in the woocommerce/settings page of the CMS. Despite that the images are still displayed uneven on all the pages. You can see what I mean on the following link

How can I change that?
