Hi, we’ve updated a WordPress site with Xstore recently. As an online store, we have a credit card gateway for users to add their credit card info.
For users that don’t have an account or are not connected to the site, when entering any info in the credit card fields, as soon as they scroll down or click on other fields the info they’ve added disappears.
This works fine if the users are connected. If unconnected, it works well on Firefox, and on mobile, but not on Chrome.
I checked out, maybe it’s cache issues but did not find the problems.
Hello, @Francois,
We suggest that you navigate to XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart/Checkout Layout and turn OFF the “Advanced Layout” option.
After saving the changes, please clear your browser cache and check back to your site. We hope this will resolve your issue.
Best Regards,
