Hello, please could you help regarding my website. I have installed theme, plugins & content exactly as per your guide, however the website is now stuck on ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’

The admin of the website is currently unusable, with taking 10+ seconds to load a page, ontop of elemantor not functioning correctly as the Ajax won’t load.

    Please could you check?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello Ryan,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ Please downgrade the PHP version to 8.1 (contact your hosting provider).

2/ Contact your hosting provider and ask to fix this memory error – https://prnt.sc/PIVPWJyyC2Cy

    Thank you for your response

I downgraded PHP Version to 8.1, and also added a memory limit in the config to solve memory error.

However, I am still experiencing the same issues – I have taken a clean Woocommerce installation and installed themes + required plugins. It is taking 10+ seconds to load anything in the Admin & the frontend.

There are also significant front-end errors, I haven’t made any changes to the plugins or modified any code.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello Ryan,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We’ve disabled some plugins on your site.

1/ The demo content of the version you imported was created using Elementor, please do not activate Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder, WPBakery Page Builder, and Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder to prevent conflicts.

2/ “Notice: Function register_taxonomy was called incorrectly. Taxonomy names must be between 1 and 32 characters in length. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 4.2.0.) in /home/eshy/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6085” – this notice is independent of our theme. You can contact WordPress support of just disable the debug mode – https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/

3/ There are errors when trying to edit a page using Elementor. We’ve activated another theme, not XStore and errors are visible still and they come from the Elementor plugin – https://prnt.sc/vfejodWgT5To We would recommend you contact support of the Elementor plugin to get further assistance https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/

    Best Regards,
