Critical error when clicking on Order Button on xStore

Hi,

when I click on the order button on my website I have a critical error with no specific message. I’ve just contact you and you have updated the website and the core but the order button still not working. The problem appears 3 days ago and I don’t know what to do.

help me please

Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

Furthermore, we have noted that your current environment is running on PHP version 8.2.10. To ensure optimal compatibility and performance, we advise you to downgrade to PHP version 8.1.
