Critical error when putting the variable products

When I put the products in variable format when clicking on the title of the product it gives me a critical error and I don’t know how to solve it.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

1/ Please provide URL of the product, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

2/ Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/amp-plugin/general-info-amp/ You can disable the XStore AMP plugin or edit settings according to your needs.

Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Provide us with FTP access to do this for you.
