Critical error with X-Store, Standard template works fine

    Hi folks,
    after installing Tooltip-Plugin with X-Store I’ve some critical errors in Logfile and also I can’t reach backend, frontend works.

    I have to deactivate plugin or change to standard-template to enter backend. With standard-template everything works fine.

    Any idea how to fix?

    We can not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    You may try to contact the support of the plugin.
