Critical issue with Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder

Hi I try to update WordPress and XStore in the latest version, and when I try to update the “Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder” plugin I receive a critical issue on my website and on inspect I see that there are violations like:
[Violation] ‘message’ handler took 428 ms
[Violation] Forced reflow while executng JavaScript took 1132ms

has anybody face something similar? Do you have any suggestion for solution?

Could you provide a screenshot of the error? What PHP version do you use?

The site was under maintenance. I update the theme and core plugin and I update again WordPress but the problem is still there. The problem is on customiser. Can I provide you with credentials in order to check it?

Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check.
Make sure that you use PHP 7.4 or less. Don’t update PHP to 8.0 because Massive Addons does not support PHP 8.0.
