Our site is down due to the XStore Core plugin being broken.
WooCommerce’s vulnerability patch has been installed, and we need to update all other plugins too, but we can’t because the XStore Core plugin is faulty. When activated, it displays as per the screenshot – link in private area.
If I deactivate the Core plugin, the side goes back to it’s normal width, but all content disappears.
Our site is now in maintenance mode, but needs to be back online in an hours.
What now?
I am now rolling back to a backup. If you want to see the problem in action, you will have to contact me and I will need to put the site in maintenance mode, and make a backup first BEFORE ANY changes are done by you. That is why I cannot give you an FTP or login details.
Hello,
Do the backup and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. We’ll check the issue and help you with the update.

The update that was released fixed it, but only after a week. How do we stop this from happening again? I do not want to lose orders again.
Hello,
Create staging site (full copy of the production) and update theme there first if we release a major update. If everything is ok then update the production site after that. If not then you’ll be able to contact support or check in more detail what causes the issue without affecting the production site.
Regards
