Hello,

I’m contacting you because I have a problem understanding cross-sells products, Upsells Products, Related Products. I tested these 3 elements on a product page. I’ve also filled in the product selection on the woocommerce product page, but no products appear. Have I forgotten a setting or is there a problem?

I’ve attached some screenshots to help you understand.

Thank you for providing us with access to your wp-admin panel.

After reviewing your website, we temporarily activated the XStore Parent theme and found no issues. The upsell products are displaying correctly on your site when using the parent theme.

It appears that the issue you are experiencing is caused by custom code added to your child theme. We kindly recommend reviewing the additional code in your child theme and consulting your website developer to address and resolve the issue.

Thank you for watching, on the child theme, I removed the bits of code that I had added, all that remains is yours. These concern an intervention on the product category pages for the display of blocks every 2 product lines.

There are no other additional pieces of code.

The css does not seem to impact the bulleted list of upsells
