CSS Class Options not showing in Screen Options

    We cannot see the CSS Class Options in the Screen Options drop down. Only Comments / Author and Date are showing. Nothing else. We have re-installed the theme to no avail. Any ideas? Can’t setup Mega-Menu til this is solved.
