Hi all,
Please see attachment “Code” – Can you please let me know if any of these lines of codes were from you guys?
If you remove the entire custom css code that is in my php section you will find that the borders that are currently missing come back.
The missing borders in question can be found in the footer, and also on the single product pages that surround the drop down sections, I have attached screenshots so you can see.
I know editing the code is above what you are supposed to do, so I won’t ask if you can change it because I understand, but could you please let me know if you guys put it in? Because I have tried to search the code on my previous tickets but I can’t see anything.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

These attachments are what the containers are supposed to look like when they have their borders. To achieve this I removed all the php custom css codes, but I know it’s coming from lines 1-22 (I think I know at least)
As mentioned, any help would be appreciated.
Dear @Applesandcider,
I hope this message finds you well.
We have reviewed the code you referenced in your child-theme/functions.php and believe that it should not be causing the issues you mentioned with the container borders. However, we have noticed that the access credentials you provided have expired. Could you please renew these credentials so we can further investigate the matter?
Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could clarify the results you are expecting. We found the details in your previous messages a bit unclear, and a more detailed description would help us assist you more effectively.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,

Hi please see the video attached.
The start of the video shows no css code in php file.
Going to the website you then see that there are borders across the section I show in the footer, and borders across the section I show on the single product page.
Then I add all the css code back into php file.
Sections in footer and single product page now have no border.
I then remove lines 23-131 of css code in php file.
The borders still have no border.
This leads me to believe that the issue is on lines 1-23. When I try to remove lines 1-23 in php file my website gets a critical error so I can’t really test it.
Please see new credentials that should work.
Thanks
Dear @Applesandcider,
I hope this message finds you well.
We have identified a potential issue originating from the CSS code that appears to have been implemented by you or your development team. The specific code in question is located in your child theme’s style.css file, which can be reviewed here: https://prnt.sc/lP2wDIOj18_3.
Please note that since this CSS was authored on your end, it falls outside the scope of support for our theme. We kindly ask that you inspect this file and exercise caution when authoring styles that could lead to such issues.
