Css is beaking in slider footer and changes are not immediately effective in front page

    Hello we have see that css is breaking constantly in footer and in slider and also some images are not changing immediately when we apply the changes in front page. We are not using currently cache plugin.It is staging environment

    Additionally, we have turned off the static block cache, removed query strings from static resources, and the menu cache under XStore > Theme Options > Speed optimization.
