    I can not connect with Xstore on my temporary staging domain. https://friendly-noyce.185-57-8-238.plesk.page/

    We are unable to connect to the XStore API with the XStore theme. Please check your SSL certificate or white lists.

    i did but it has the same settings as all of my websites running with Xstore (and i have many licenses) but the problem is that i made a copy of a website and transferred it to a staging one with a temporary domainname. Nothing in the settings is blocking a port.

    hi, We dont use a whitelist or blacklist so this is not relevant unfortunately. this is the IP of the server. 185.57.8.238
