Custom Category and Sub Category Page Layout

Hi, is it possible to create a custom layout for the category and sub category pages? I cannot create a suitable layout to match the rest of the site with the functionality in the XStore>Theme Settings>WooCommerce (Shop)>Shop Elements>Categories, or any other theme settings options.
Is it possible to create a page with Elementor for example and assign it to certain category pages either via static blocks or the Theme Settings Builders?
