I reuploaded my full ftp server two times, and both the theme options are complety empty, but the style of my website is still the old one. It is so strange..

    Hello,

All the styles you put in Custom CSS are saved in wp-content/uploads/xstore/options-style.min.css
If you removed all the custom styles from Theme Options but still see them on the frontend then probably that files are cached either by plugin cache or CDN, depending on what you use. Or both. So, make sure that you cleared the cache (plugin, browser and CDN).
