Hello, Edgar,
Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it.
We understand that you have uploaded a custom font to your website, and while it appears correctly on your PC, it seems to display differently on your mobile device. This issue may be related to several factors, such as browser compatibility, font file formats, or CSS settings for mobile devices.
To assist you better, we kindly ask you to check the following:
1. **Font Formats**: Ensure that you have uploaded all necessary font formats (e.g., WOFF, WOFF2, TTF, EOT, SVG) to ensure compatibility across different devices and browsers.
2. **CSS Media Queries**: Verify if there are any specific CSS media queries that might be overriding the font settings for mobile devices.
3. **Browser Cache**: Clear the cache on your mobile browser to ensure that the latest version of your website is being displayed.
If the issue persists after checking these points, please provide us with temporary wp-admin access.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
