I’m trying to add some labels on product grid view. I’m using Advanced woo labels plugin for this. Labels on image are working. But labels before Title is not working.

Is there any label plugin that you recommend or compatible with xstore product grid?

    Hello,

Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site, please. Also, provide us with a link to the product that has the label before the title. We’ll check the compatibility issue and try to fix that.

    Regards

Below is a link to a product that I’ve added a label. But I’ve set the label position to “on Image”.

You may test this with any product. I need the label to be visible ‘Before title’.

The plugin is Adv. Woo labels.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Do you have any limits for connections from other countries?
What FTP host and port should be used?

    Regards

I do not use FTP. But it’s configured already. I usually use the host dashboard to login to the directory. Isn’t it possible to fix this without FTP access?

    Hello,

We need both WP Dashboard and FTP access to check the code and improve it if possible to make a single product builder compatible with the mentioned plugin.
So, please, provide us with FTP access.

    Regards
