    Hi

I have two Product Grids on my homepage. I have selected “List of IDs” to select the items i want, but it is sorting by ascending ID number. How can i adjust this to be in the order of IDs i would like?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, @TTC,

I hope this message finds you well.

We would like to provide you with guidance on how to customize the sorting order of products according to a ‘List of IDs’ within our XStore theme. Please follow the steps outlined below:

    1. Navigate to the appropriate section within the element settings on page where you can manage the sorting order of products.
    2. Within the “Edit Product” settings, you will encounter options to sort products in either “Ascending” or “Descending” order.
    3. Select the sorting order that best suits your needs and preferences.
    4. Furthermore, you will find a product selection feature beneath the sorting options, which enables you to curate products based on specific criteria.
    5. Employ the Product filter to arrange the display of products in your desired sequence on the Product Grid.

    Hi Tony,

    Thank you for your response.

The link you have provided is a still image?

I have attempted to view it, but the issue is that the sorting i would like is neither ascending or descending. I would like to be able to input a specific list of IDs, and for the products to appear in that order. As of right now, as i select the products for the list, they are just ordered automatically, regardless of what order i select them in.

    Hello, @TTC,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

About sorting, there is an issue from the Elementor side when IDs were entered, and we already contacted them https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/13078 but there is no perfect solution yet.
You can add one more request to our dev team via this page – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/

If we use Dynamic Tags, will it allow us to order as we please? i.e. through an upgrade to Elementor Pro

    Hello, @TTC,

We have attempted to apply certain special codes in an effort to find a solution, but unfortunately, our efforts have been unsuccessful. In light of the current situation, we advise you to reach out to the Elementor plugin support team for further assistance.
Should you already be an owner of Elementor Pro, their team may be able to provide you with additional guidance.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could share any solutions you discover with other clients here on the forum. Your contribution would be invaluable to the community.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
