Custom Product Style is changing when i change the product ordering

Hello,

I have created a custom product style for my products via WP grid builder and I have selected that in the theme settings (see screenshot attached).

However, when I change some product filters or the product ordering at the shop’s top toolbar, the product style changes and reverts back to the default (see screenshots attached).

Could you please help me out with resolving this issue?

Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site, please. We’ll check the issue in more detail.

Hello,

Contact your hosting provider to get FTP and provide it.
We need to make changes in files and can’t do this via Dashboard, we need FTP.
