Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce (YIKES, Inc.) doesnt work

I have installed Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce (YIKES, Inc.) and added the codes provided in

https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/support-of-the-custom-product-tabs-for-woocommerce-yikes-inc/

to the child theme functions.php

but still the additional tabs don’t display the contend added in the product page. it displays a default message in all the additional tabs.

I have disabled the plugin and I am using the themes inbuilt additional tab. but thought will bring to your notice so this issue can be corrected.

Thank you for using our theme.

We have investigated the issue with the plugin and have determined that it is independent of our theme. To demonstrate this, we have included a video of when a default WordPress theme is activated ( https://gyazo.com/04390af7b3a6479558fe3db02484541e ).

The code in the documentation is for our Single Product Builder ( https://prnt.sc/3TodCbPPsdC0 ), however, the builder is disabled on your site.
