custom register template is not appear

i already set general all user can register. following the documentation
but the register template is not appear. and how to add register link on my account (login page)

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

In order to enable the “Register” option on the My Account page, please navigate to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy and select the option to “Allow customers to create an account on the “My Account” page”.
