We are trying to use a custom static block as a pop-up window in our xstore website using the “newsletter configuration” from Xstore Panel. For some reason, the newsletter pop-up window doesn’t show up at all. We’ve tried all 3 settings (on delay, on-click, On mouse out) and also tried clearing the cache.
